I understand that the cost for this 30 day trial is $100.00 plus $25.00 ($50.00 in Canada) for shipping and handling
(with UPS ground service, or US Mail service). If my company decides to purchase a permanent
license of the above software, the $100.00 fee will be credited towards that purchase.

If we decide not to license the software after the 30 day trial, we will return the software package
(including the user manual, installation diskettes and software sentinel) to Theta Oilfield Services in good
condition and the only cost to us will be $125.00 as explained above. If we decide to keep the
software for more than 30 days from the date of delivery, we agree to pay a monthly lease fee of
$275 per copy for RODSTAR-V or RODDIAG,
$350 per copy for RODSTAR-D,
$675 per copy for XROD-V or XDIAG,
$150 per copy for XBAL or XTOOLS,
$140 for DYNOSTAR.
